Aquarian Clinics are Direct Primary Care facilities that provide comprehensive, continuous care covering primary and preventative family medicine, acute care, chronic care, and more.
Our Members have access to in-person, and telehealth appointments with no co-pays. In addition, we offer free specialist consultations via our partners at Thea Health, and HIPAA-compliant direct messaging with our practitioners, so you can access the care you need on your schedule.
How It Works
FIRST STEP
Choose a location from our menu and enroll online. Check your email for your “Next Steps” email to create a username and password for your patient portal.
SECOND STEP
Complete your “Next Steps” email via the Patient Portal by uploading the required IDs and completing your intake forms.
FINAL STEP
Booking your first appointment is just a click away. Book now through the Appointments tab in your Patient Portal.
